Terms of Service
The rules for using Trerra as an independent trainer or client.
Operator and acceptance
Trerra is operated by EXURVIA NETWORK S.R.L., Str. Fermei nr. 13, Gherla, Cluj County, Romania, CUI 54792139, Trade Register no. J2026035385008. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact: contact@trerra.ro.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must be at least 16 years old. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and notify us of unauthorized access. One person may not impersonate another user or access an account without authorization.
Service and acceptable use
Trerra provides scheduling, session-balance, trainer-client, goal, notification, and related administrative tools. Do not misuse the service, probe security, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users or infrastructure.
Independent trainers and client payments
Trainers provide services independently and contract directly with clients. Trerra does not employ trainers, provide the training service, receive or hold trainer-client payments, or act as their payment or tax agent. Trainers remain responsible for professional authorization, pricing, cash or other client payments, fiscal documents, bookkeeping, declarations, taxes, contributions, and legal compliance.
Estimates and operational records
Prices, payment statuses, session balances, and income summaries entered or calculated in Trerra are operational estimates. They are not proof of payment, invoices, receipts, accounting records, tax returns, or tax advice. Users are responsible for checking their accuracy and maintaining any legally required records elsewhere.
Trainer membership
Trainer functionality requires an active membership or valid promotional access. Mobile subscriptions are purchased and renewed through Apple or Google at the price shown in the store confirmation. They renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Store rules govern billing, refunds, restoration, and payment methods. Deleting a Trerra account does not cancel a store subscription.
Scheduling and session rules
Trainers and clients are responsible for ensuring schedules, cancellations, balances, reschedule requests, and payment status reflect their real agreement. Completed time slots may deduct sessions under the configured service rules. Trerra is not responsible for disputes about attendance, cash payments, or the underlying training service.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Trerra is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, trainer-client disputes, inaccurate self-entered records, or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Suspension, deletion, and changes
Access may be restricted for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or serious breach. Users may delete their account through the app or web deletion page. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change and will provide appropriate notice for material changes.
Applicable law
Romanian law applies, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Disputes should first be sent to contact@trerra.ro so they can be addressed in good faith; competent courts and authorities remain available as required by law.
