Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Trerra processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to trainers and clients.
Who operates Trerra
Trerra is operated by EXURVIA NETWORK S.R.L., registered in Romania at Str. Fermei nr. 13, Gherla, Cluj County, CUI 54792139, Trade Register number J2026035385008. Privacy and support requests can be sent to contact@trerra.ro.
Information we process
Depending on how you use Trerra, the service processes:
- account details such as email, name, role, and authentication records;
- for client accounts, required date of birth and gender; residential addresses are not collected;
- trainer-client connections, invitations, scheduling, sessions, balances, goals, and milestones;
- subscription and access-status information for trainer accounts;
- device, notification, security, diagnostic, and crash information needed to protect and support the service;
- price and client payment-status information entered by trainers.
Trerra does not receive or hold payments made by clients to trainers. Those transactions occur independently of Trerra.
Why information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, operate schedules and shared plans, enforce access and session rules, deliver notifications, prevent misuse, diagnose failures, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. The applicable legal basis may include performing the service contract, legitimate interests in security and service operation, consent where requested, and compliance with law.
Income estimates and trainer responsibility
Dashboard income summaries are estimates derived from information entered by trainers. They are not invoices, receipts, official accounting or tax records, proof that payment occurred, or tax advice. Independent trainers remain responsible for their own official records, fiscal documents, declarations, taxes, and other legal obligations.
Service providers and legal disclosure
Trerra relies on contracted providers including Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Expo and the mobile notification providers for app delivery and notifications, Sentry for limited crash diagnostics, and RevenueCat, Apple, and Google for trainer-subscription validation and billing. Information is shared only as needed for those services under applicable contractual safeguards. Some providers may process information outside Romania or the European Economic Area using legally recognized transfer safeguards. Trerra may preserve, use, or disclose information when required by applicable law or by a valid request, order, or decision from a competent public authority. Trerra does not promise to withhold information where disclosure is legally required.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account is active and is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for the purposes above. Users can delete their account in the app or through the web deletion page. Limited data may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or the establishment and defence of legal claims.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including Romania's ANSPDCP where applicable. Requests can be sent to contact@trerra.ro. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.
Security, children, and changes
Trerra uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect service data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account. This policy may be updated as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
