Delete your Trerra account.
You can permanently delete your account inside the Trerra app. If you cannot access the app, send us a request using the email address linked to your account.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address associated with your Trerra account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” so we can identify and verify the request.

We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership. After verification, the account and associated Trerra data will be deleted, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or backup obligations.
Deleting a trainer account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel the subscription in the relevant store first.
